You may return a new and unopened item sold and fulfilled by Smart and Sustainable Technologies Publishing Co Ltd within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items MUST be returned in their original product packaging which contains a unique sales reference number.
Just email sales@sstpublishing.com to request us to send you a return mailing label that you must use to return unopened items back to us.
This will not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods for a replacement. However, items that are returned to us that was not a result of our error and with no defect(s) will not receive a refund nor a replacement.
